Station Valves
Line station valves can be built-in or mounted near individual receivers. They are usually mounted above the receivers - however, some brands allow side mounting. Our line station valves minimize overhead clutter and are easy to use and reach.
How they work:
A vacuum passes through the sequencing valve when the disc is in a closed position. As soon as a signal is passed to the valve to load the receiver, the disc opens, allowing the vacuum into the receiver. A reinforced filter disc allows air to pass through while still preventing pellets from getting drawn in. Our station valves also feature a handy visual indicator to monitor proper operation. The receiver will never load if the indicator is in a raised position.
Evergreen carries station valves available for oxygen and fuel gas. Available in 1/2" and 3/4" inlets. The 7160 Series is for use with oxygen and all fuel gases at station outlets of line distribution systems (welder’s benches, cutting stations, hospital rooms, etc).
