Pressure Relief Valves

Our pressure relief valves are designed to protect industrial piping systems and vessels from over-pressurization. These valves open when there's an increase from the set pressure, and close when the level drops before the set pressure.

Three functional elements of a HVAC pressure relief valve:

Valve element – typically a spring-loaded poppet valve
Sensing element – a piston or a diaphragm
Reference force element – usually a spring

When selecting a pressure relief valve, special care should be taken.
