Watson coatings Aqua Shield WSR cylinder paint is a water reducible alkyd product and as such dries primarily from the inside out. By adding 10% acrylic resin by volume, Watson was able to get the paint to also dry from the outside in, achieving the best of both worlds scenario. They did all that without sacrificing the high gloss look or adding cost.
