Allentown, PA – June 12,2009:  The Board of Directors of Taylor-Wharton International, LLC (TWI) today announced it has appointed Bill Corbin, a current Board Member, as Chairman and Interim Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Corbin replaces Robert E. Gadomski, who is retiring as Chairman and CEO for family health reasons. Mr. Gadomski will continue as a consultant to the Company and a member of the Board of Directors. The Company has retained an executive recruiting firm to conduct a national search for a permanent CEO.

Mr. Corbin has served on TWI’s Board of Directors since its acquisition in December 2007 by Wind Point Partners, a leading private equity firm. Mr. Corbin brings more than 20 years of experience in industrial gases and the propane industry to TWI, which includes serving as the former Chairman and CEO of Titan Energy Partners, a successful propane distribution company. He also served as a Board Member of Valley National Gases on behalf of CI Capital Partners before its sale to Matheson Tri-Gas.
